As the Sales Manager at Knighton, my main experience has been finding solutions for high‑traffic washrooms, where reliability and high capacity collide with sustainability goals. I help organisations standardise dispensing systems across multiple sites, cut waste, reduce total cost, and elevate the user experience while improving their carbon footprint through more sustainable paper solutions. I also bring extensive technical product knowledge of paper, soap, and chemicals to ensure your cleaning meets required standards, without forgetting the service realities that cleaning teams and FM partners face every day in building cleaning. With a personal passion for IT & tech, I haven't been able to resist getting deep into Smart Dispensers. These devices help surface real‑time usage insights (which more often than not reveal some pretty shocking statistics about how people clean), enabling predictive resupply, labour planning, and audit readiness. My interest in tech has also led me into the field of robotic cleaning machines, which, while never able to replace humans in cleaning completely, certainly do a significantly better job of some of the more monotonous, repetitive floorcare tasks.
My greatest joy ultimately comes from freeing people to work on more exciting tasks than cleaning, so they can focus on delivering higher‑value work and achieving better outcomes.
